Chris is a Senior Consulting Partner and regional team lead with The Ken Blanchard Companies. He’s been with Blanchard full time since 1995. Chris is a co-author of Blanchard’s award-winning culture change program.

Before joining Blanchard, Chris spent 15 years in non-profit management as a YMCA executive throughout California and as a program director with the YMCA of the USA’s West Field Office. Chris then served as an internal trainer/consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for three years before the move to Blanchard in 1995.

Chris was a faculty member at the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program from it’s inception in 2000 through 2008.
