Before joining Blanchard, Chris spent 15 years in non-profit management as a YMCA executive throughout California and as a program director with the YMCA of the USA’s West Field Office. Chris then served as an internal trainer/consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for three years before the move to Blanchard in 1995.
Chris is an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration. He taught in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program from it’s inception in 2000 through 2008.
