Chris continues his work as a Senior Consulting Partner and Regional Consulting Partner with the Ken Blanchard Companies. Highlights of 2009 include:

• Reaching Frontier Airlines top frequent flyer level by July and maintaining Platinum level with American Airlines. Lots of air miles!

• Refining “winter living” skills in Colorado: snow blowing, chain sawing, and learning how to drive on ice and in heavy snow. We had LOTS of snow this winter.

• Delivering training, consulting, and keynote speeches across the USA to clients including the US Marine Corps, IGH Solutions, Walmart, Shaw Group, Medtronic, Hill’s Pet Foods, MillerCoors, Arapahoe Library District, United Health Group, and Raising Canes Restaurants.

• Enjoying the impact that the Gung Ho!® program (the award-winning culture change process Chris co-authored) continues to have with key clients. Chris and co-authors Bob Glaser and Garry Demarest wrote a chapter on our culture change process for Ken Blanchard’s revised and enhanced Leading at a Higher Level book, released in September. A marketing campaign featuring our proven culture change process is set for January.

• In his Regional Consulting Partner role for the Central Region, Chris worked closely with sales staff and clients with needs assessment, proposal creation, and custom design and delivery.
